3 - 4 LB Pork Roast
1 1/2 bottles Sweet Baby Ray's "Sweet 'n Spicy" BBQ Sauce
(or your favorite sauce)
Garlic Powder
1/4 cup water
BBQ PORK SANDWICHES
Remove excess fat from pork roast. Put in crock pot with 1/4 cup water.
Generously sprinkle with garlic powder.
Pour in 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's "Sweet 'n Spicy" BBQ Sauce (originally called
"Hot 'N Spicy") covering roast.
Cook on low 8 -10 hrs. Remove when roast breaks apart easily. Put roast on plate
and pull apart (two forks work best).
Stir liquid in crock pot. Pour out leaving approximately 1/4 of liquid remaining.
Return shredded pork to crock pot. Add bottle of BBQ sauce stirring until
thoroughly moistened. Heat through.
* Serve on your favorite gluten-free buns or corn tortillas. I even put BBQ pork on
gluten-free pasta.
