1  1lb 9 oz can       Hormel Chili with Beans - regular
1  1 lb                     Kraft Velveeta Mexican Mild Cheese
1  14.5 oz can        Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
1/2  4 oz can          LaVictoria Fire Roasted HOT Diced Jalapenos

2 green onions chopped or 1 small shallot finely chopped

HOT 'n SPICY CHILI CHEESE DIP
Microwave Chili with Beans in large covered dish 2 minutes. Cut Velveeta Mexican
Cheese in chunks and stir into chili. Microwave 2 - 3 minutes more. Mix well till
cheese is mostly melted.

Using a fork add Petite Diced Tomatoes. Add green onions (or shallots). Add 1/2
can or more of Hot Jalapenos*. Stir. Microwave 2 more minutes or until cheese is
completely melted.  

*Instead of Hot Jalapenos you can use a whole 4 oz can of Mild Green Chiles and
sprinkle Red Pepper to taste.



Have plenty of Tostitos corn chips available!
